Berryhill Custom is a small custom manufacturer of deluxe 1911 pistols.  I prefer to build pistols from scratch using oversized slides, frames, barrels and other components.  Each pistol is built one at a time by me using precision machinery and hand tools. Because of my experience as a police officer and many years of gunsmithing, I have developed some strong opinions as to what features should and should not be included on a self defense pistol as well as what parts I like to use.  The pistols that you see here reflect my taste, which is to build reliable, rugged and ergonomic pistols that look good.

My current pistols are the AFP (Advanced Fighting Pistol) and the Traditional Model.  The AFP is a modern aggressive-looking pistol while the Traditional Model has classic GI-style vertical cocking serrations and checkering.  There are plenty of options on both pistols to allow you to customize one to suit your tastes.
